We plan to have different seasons with different themes in which we launch a new batch of talent every time.
This is new in Season 2:
- 1.💻 Product: On-chain Career Goals, Perks as NFTs, Public Profiles, Discover Page
- 2.💰 More Rewards: Talent Scouting, Referral Rewards, and Improved Platform Rewards
- 3.👯 Talent Application: new process where community votes on tokens to be launched
In Season 1 we focused on acquiring crypto natives as early supporters, and talented digital builders (startup founders and knowledge workers) that believe web3 is the future. Anyone anywhere can apply to launch a token even without a big digital following, as long as they have a unique skill, an inspiring career goal, and a belief in web3.
This diverse group of individuals should:
- 1.Have a WOW factor (super inspiring career goal, or interesting life story, or novelty of the sector, or previous noteworthy career achievements);
- 2.Consist of a small group of very committed early believers (10-100 true fans) or be recommended/backed by a credible organization;
- 3.Display a beta tester mindset to help us improve Talent Protocol.
Future seasons will likely focus around these segments:
- Underprivileged talented people: talented but with no network or credentials; from underprivileged backgrounds, usually recommended by partner organizations like Girl Move.
- Builders: founders and digital knowledge workers like designers, engineers, economists, product or community managers.
- Creators (music, illustration, digital art, writer, podcaster, Youtuber)
- Explorers (researching or experimenting in groundbreaking areas)
