Talent Protocol is highly selective about adding new credentials. To apply, you can follow the instructions outlined on this page.
We would like to see more of the following types of credentials:
Proof of Work: This can include completed bounties on Bountycaster, GitHub commits, Dune queries, articles on Paragraph/Mirror and more.
Proof of Impact: For instance, this can be measured by earnings, grants, awards, or fellowships that demonstrate the real effect of the work.
When new credentials are proposed, we evaluate them according to some key criteria:
Strong reputation signal
Credentials should represent a strong method for assessing professional reputation and identify reputable builders. We prioritize new signals that are unique or different to the signals we already have in Talent Passport.
Easy to use
Ensuring that a user can quickly get set up and verified is important to the overall Passport and partner app's success.
Not costly
Ensuring that a user can obtain credential without incurring significant expenses.
