Our hybrid offchain/onchain system ensures interoperability while enhancing performance and accessibility:
Offchain: data integrations, Talent API, shared login Talent API
Onchain: custom smart contracts and attestations.
Within 3 months of launch, 30+ apps had already integrated the Talent API, reflecting growing interest from recruiters, job platforms, and developers.

Employers, VCs, or industry peers can look at your Builder Score and instantly know what you’ve accomplished.
$TALENT is the utility token for Talent Protocol, and a currency for professional reputation data. It's designed to make the protocol's data more accurate and reliable as the network grows.
