There are currently 3 core components: Verifiable Credentials, the Builder Score, and the Talent Passport.

Verifiable Credentials

Talent Protocol integrates with trusted sources like GitHub, Coinbase or LinkedIn, to issue credentials as onchain attestations. From self-reported resumes to verifiable, portable reputation.

Talent Protocol aggregates third-party data and stores it as verifiable and easy-to-read credentials. Examples: “>1k followers on X”, or “Participated in 5 web3 hackathons”.

Builder Score

Prove your reputation and access partner perks with your Builder Score. Integrate the Builder Score to personalize your own app, gate access to your community or curate the best talent in crypto.

The protocol calculates a dynamic score for every Talent Passport, based on offchain and onchain data. Client apps are free to define their own scoring system with the underlying reputation data from Talent Protocol.

Talent Passport

Talent Passports are portable (access your professional reputation instantly in multiple apps) and verifiable (data comes from trusted third-party sources) professional profiles.

$TALENT Token

$TALENT is the utility token for Talent Protocol, and a currency for professional reputation data.

You can use it to access reputation data of 1M+ builders, and get paid for verifying new data, from yourself or others.
