How will ecosystem incentives be unlocked and distributed?

We offer (or have offered) several ecosystem incentives, e.g. talent tokens, Mystery Boxes, completing Quests, buying reactions, and more.

Each incentive requires varying efforts and actions from users leading to different distribution conditions. Below is the official breakdown of vesting schedules:

Ecosystem Incentives may change post-TGE depending on DAO governance. Please check the whitepaper to know more about decentralisation plans.

Ecosystem Incentives Sub-Category #1: Talent Protocol V1: Social Tokens

a) Buying talent tokens.

Vesting Conditions Applied

Each purchased talent token will be converted to $TALENT at the Fall Round price ($0.02 per $TALENT). The following vesting conditions will apply to the $TALENT tokens earned through buying Talent Tokens:

• 4% unlock at TGE. 6% unlock per month on a rolling basis.

• Unlocks are accumulative and $TALENT tokens need to be claimed.

Vesting Conditions Applied

Unspent votes will be converted to $TALENT at $0.06 per $TALENT. The following vesting conditions apply:

• 100% unlock at TGE.

• $TALENT tokens need to be claime

Ecosystem Incentives Sub-Category #3: Ecosystem Rewards

a) $TALENT airdropped to users who launched a talent token.

b) $TALENT earned from staking rewards from talent tokens.

c) $TALENT earned via in-app Mystery Boxes and Quests.

d) $TALENT earned via Referral Races, Twitter Raffles, Beta Testing, Take Off activities.

e) $TALENT airdropped to new users during the voting process.

f) $TALENT earned from the voting prize pool.

g) $TALENT earned via goals.

Vesting Conditions Applied

$TALENT earned through the activities listed above will follow the following vesting conditions:

• 10,000 $TALENT unlocked per week if Builder Score ≥ 40.

  • If Builder Score < 40, then 2,000 $TAL unlocked per week.

• Unlocked $TALENT tokens must be claimed weekly; otherwise, 2,000 $TALENT will be burned.

• Full unlock takes place 24 months following TGE.

Ecosystem Incentives Sub-Category #4: Road to TGE Growth Campaign

a) $TALENT earned through Talent Protocol’s “Road to TGE” Rewards Campaign with CoinList, Galxe and Coinvise.

Vesting Conditions Applied

$TALENT earned through the Talent Protocol’s “Road to TGE” CoinList Rewards Campaign will follow the following vesting conditions:

• 100% unlock at TGE.

• $TALENT tokens need to be claimed in 30 days after TGE; otherwise, they will be burned.

How will Summer Airdrop tokens be unlocked and distributed?

Summer Airdrop is part of the Future Airdrops as defined in the tokenomics, and it follows the terms outlined below:

Future Airdrops Sub-Category #1: Summer Airdrop

$TALENT earned through the Summer of $TALENT Airdrop Campaing will follow the following vesting conditions:

• 100% unlock at TGE.

• $TALENT tokens need to be claimed in 30 days after TGE; otherwise, they will be burned.

  To be eligible to claim the $TALENT tokens that will be airdropped, participants must meet the one or more of the following proof-of-humanity credentials in their Talent Passport:

  1. Coinbase Verified ID: The user must have a verified account on Coinbase and must have completed identity verification (KYC).

  2. World ID: The user must have completed the Proof of Personhood verification with Worldcoin.

  3. Gitcoin Passport Humanity Score: The user must own a Gitcoin Passport with a score of 15 or higher.

  4. Any other proof of humanity credentials that could be added to the Talent Passport.

  Only those who fulfill one or more of these verification criteria will be eligible to to claim the $TALENT tokens that will be airdropped.
